Our opening times are: Our Dining Hours are: The Crown Country Pub and Restaurant is located in the picturesque village of Shillington close to Hitchin, Luton, Shefford, Henlow and Barton-le-Clay. The Crown is an ideal venue to meet for lunch or dinner throughout the year and our large dining area is ideal for larger parties and private functions. During the winter months you can relax in our lounge by the open log fire and during the summer months you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our sunny patio with bistro chairs and tables. We have a wide range of beers which include a choice of real ales and lagers, a good selection of new and old world wines to compliment our menu and of course a wide choice of spirits served to your liking.
